đ About the Role
Weâre looking for a passionate and capable product marketing manager to join our team. Youâll be passionate about digital technologies and data and how they help leading companies transform their organizations and build the best digital products faster. You are a geek about impactful technology that solves real customer problems. You strive to understand the ins and outs of our platform and are passionate about telling the world about our product. Â
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. You are an adaptable critical thinker who can add value to a variety of conversations and quickly pick up context. You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in product launches, enablement collateral, market research, platform-centric content, and customer marketing efforts. Â
You know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isnât guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.Â
You are a key partner to our enablement and GTM leadership teams, helping them ensure that our sellers have everything they need to ramp up quickly, sell newly launched products, and have valuable conversations with prospects.Â
đ§ Responsibilities and Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in product marketing, technical marketing, product management, field/sales engineering, or sales, preferably at a B2B SaaS company in digital experience monitoring, application performance monitoring, digital analytics, or related
- Able to collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and sales â simply put people want to work with you because you add value to any conversationÂ
- Comfort with technical topics and the ability (and drive) to quickly understand unfamiliar topics â you quickly become a go-to resource for internal teams
- A critical and strategic thinker â able to work with a team to build strategies from the ground up and execute against deadlines
- Experience working closely with product teams to drive customer adoption and success from beta to public launch using everything from onboarding email cadences to in-app messaging
- You partner with our customer advocacy/marketing team to deliver impactful programs to our customers - from new user nurture programs onboarding to gathering peer reviews
- You love telling stories and have top-notch writing and speaking skills
- As the product and market expert, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our productâs value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyersâ problems.Â
