We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help bring our innovative approach to life. Your job will be to create compelling materials that underscore the challenges facing community associations and reveal how the FRONTSTEPS suite can singularly address pressing challenges, with a mix of product media, client case studies, and thought leadership. An ideal candidate will bring experience researching buyer needs, conducting competitor analysis, and producing messaging, positioning, and sales tools that introduce sophisticated products in simple, memorable terms. - Collaborate with the product management team to launch new product capabilities with clarity, buzz, and pipeline impact
- Produce customer testimonials that showcase leading property management companies and vividly illustrate why they choose FRONTSTEPS
- Create short videos and other immersive content that makes it easy for management companies, HOAs, and homeowners to appreciate how FRONTSTEPS helps
- Monitor the competitive market and maintain educational resources that help buyers and internal teams clearly distinguish between FRONTSTEPS and alternative providers
- Maintain and adapt messaging and positioning as the FRONTSTEPS suite evolves, including a library of sales resources for each primary audience
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative client feedback to uncover additional content opportunities and recognize and respond to buyer concerns
- Other duties as requested by management
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree
- MBA preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in product marketing or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with software-as-a-service client lifecycle, particularly the steps leading to a solution purchase
- Familiar with audience segmentation and personalization best practices
- Experience developing engaging, polished videos for professional and consumer audiences
- Creative problem solver with a track record of meeting varied sales and buyer expectations on short timelines and/or competing demands
- Relationship-oriented collaborator, capable of sustaining project momentum through strong cross functional partnerships
- Demonstrated knack for finding the compelling angle to complex subject matter and producing materials that influence buyer behavior
- Knowledge of collateral design and development tools (e.g. Adobe editing suite) a plus
REMOTE OPPORTUNITYThis role is eligible for remote work in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NC, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI. $75,000 - $95,000. Occasional meetings may be required in Denver headquarters. Benefits include the following:
