This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated candidate for the role of Pricing and Promotions Specialist in Denver, Colorado. The Pricing and Promotions Specialist is a key member of the Product Marketing team in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and provide the best value to our customers. We are looking for a strong analytical candidate that will quickly grasp the go-to-market models across Visible’s Device and Accessory portfolio to make critical pricing and assortment decisions. Cross functional management is key as you will be working with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Finance daily.
Job Requirements
Work in tandem with broader Marketing and Media teams to analyze return on investment for current promotions and optimize them to maximize sales and profitability.
Work with the broader Product Marketing team to effectively plan device lifecycles. Ensuring our customers have access to the most compelling devices at the best value.
Analyze competitor pricing, estimate market share and margins in order to gain a complete picture of effective pricing strategies working hand in hand with the Strategy team.
Provide critical and timely insight to Product and Engineering teams in order to inform, improve, and streamline analysis and pricing processes with scalability as the core focus.
Presents findings to senior leaders, Marketing, and Product through weekly or monthly meetings.
Ability to decipher complex data into actionable recommendations to drive sales and enhance marketing efforts.
Execute price changes, SKU updates and changes for new and pre-owned products across all digital channels.
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and vendors within and outside of his or her function to achieve goals, simply processes, reduce costs, and prevent churn.
Model team commitment by meeting deadlines; and by being cooperative, collaborative, and flexible.

Required:
Strong Technical Aptitude with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
Familiarity with agile scrum planning
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Power User skill set in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in quantitative and financial analysis
2 years experience with Atlassian; Confluence, JIRA, etc.
Excellent relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership
Working presentation skills to effectively present information to an audience of varying responsibility across internal and external stakeholders
Proficient ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
Proficient business analysis skills, including the ability to gather, organize, and interpret large datasets to make actionable, sustainable business recommendations
Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and business goals
Excellent project planning skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities
Bonus if you have:
Experience managing a research agency partner.
Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Vlocity,
Strong Familiarity with various CMS platforms
Direct Experience in hardware purchasing, lifecycle planning, or retail planning.
Direct experience moderating in-person interviews and focus groups.
