PPC Management:

The PPC Management Team is focused on managing lead generation for clients of Realvolve+Firepoint in the effort to help them improve their lead pipelines and develop strategies to help them become successful at turning leads into sales. This is accomplished through building campaigns, optimizing campaigns, and providing occasional support and training. This will be measured through PPC related churn, retention, successful client calls and quantifiable optimization tasks.

 

What You’ll Do:

The PPC Strategist works as an expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Lead Ads. They will build and maintain competitive campaigns for Realvolve+Firepoint customers. They will be available to provide needed coaching and consulting to those customers regarding account performance and recommended action steps. The PPC Strategist will also offer company support through consultation calls, special projects, and cross-team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other Customer Success teams. 

 

How You’ll Do It:

  • Complete training on Firepoint software, internal systems, and internal processes within two weeks.
  • Become familiar with the Firepoint product and become an expert with regards to lead sources and URL building within the software.
  • Perform lead cost estimates for new and potential clients.
  • Maintain proficiency with the campaign building template and Google Ads Editor.
  • Optimize campaigns using a schedule of activities including the following: bid management, keyword clean-up, ad rotation, and keyword mining.
  • Due to the templated processes and existing customer support, expect to scale up to no fewer than 150 accounts.
  • Maintain an average monthly program completion schedule.
  • Independently resolve user and technical errors and customer support issues and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Manage spend and keep notes of any outlying issues they may cause monthly spend to run high or low.
  • Monitor accounts to identify and address issues for the customer. 
  • Spend an hour (or more) a week doing product research and educating yourself on new features that Google and Facebook are rolling out.
  • Be prepared to pitch some tests that could improve the product.
  • Assisting in monthly reporting and budget reconciliation.
  • A/B test campaigns to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
  • Advocate for customers by providing feedback to the team on product or process improvements.
  • Provide weekly updates to your supervisor during scheduled one-on-one coaching meetings.
  • Establish and achieve Wildly Important Goals (WIGS as covered in the book The 4 Disciplines of Execution) every quarter with your supervisor that yields quantifiable results around sustaining, building, and improving the business and your own personal development. Show progress of every goal in each on-on-one.
  • Become proficient in real estate industry knowledge and related sales and marketing best practices.

Candidates with 3-5 years experience in the following areas will be given priority:

  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads

Location:

  • Work from Home
  • Preference given to candidates in the Denver, CO area
