Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate new customer growth through paid digital channels. As a key member of the Marketing Team, this person will be responsible for executing on a paid digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on paid search. The individual in this role will be charged with scaling customer acquisition, developing tests to increase conversion rates, building reporting & analytics, and optimizing campaigns to drive efficiency. This individual must be highly motivated with outstanding digital marketing and customer acquisition skills and be extremely KPI driven. Here's what you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day execution of marketing activities across paid search, paid social, display, and other media partners to acquire new customers aligned with our ICP
- Create and drive targeted and comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and programs to support customer acquisition goals
- Help to refine the performance marketing strategy based on observed learnings
- Design, build, and monitor reporting to communicate performance against KPIs and identify key insights & opportunities
- Measure & optimize campaigns across the portfolio to maximize ROAS and LTV
- Collaborate with marketing operations to instrument the required events and data feeds needed to identify core insights that lead to better business decisions
- Partner with design and marketing operations to build high converting landing pages
- Design, develop, and analyze rapid tests across campaigns to increase efficiency
- Partner with content and design to drive continuous improvements in messaging and creative to increase engagement while maintaining brand integrity
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of new media partners, tools, data streams, technologies, and tactics to enhance customer acquisition
- Monitor external market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify risk and opportunities
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of performance marketing on revenue and profitability
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting and tracking, flagging issues for internal stakeholders and report metrics appropriately
- Report to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Here's what we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, related field or equivalent experience
- Digital marketing expert with 3-5 years of experience in revenue driven roles
- Demonstrated track record of creating successful and revenue impacting digital marketing campaigns
- Expert in marketing automation solutions (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot) and Salesforce.com
- A solid background managing successful paid campaigns through Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Experience managing display advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Criteo, RollWorks, or similar platforms
- Expert in building well designed and relevant landing pages for high conversions
- Data-driven and able to turn customer insights into actionable growth initiatives
- A strong affinity to work with sales and partnering with them to help them succeed
- Strong experience on program effectiveness and ROI measurement
- Exceptional and effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle many simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solver
- Solid team player - we achieve more as a team!
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office applications
Cash compensation:
- The total cash compensation for this role is $80,000-$90,000/year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.
