The Role:
As an early marketing hire, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing and be part of a close team of entrepreneurial startup veterans and growth experts. You’ll be taking our performance marketing activities to the next level of sophistication. You’ll be responsible for our paid acquisition strategy and day to day management of our performance channels (Job boards, Google Ads, Display, Facebook to start). You’ll be provided a budget that will continue to grow as we see results. We have some big ambitions to build out a sophisticated paid acquisition “machine” and willing to dedicate resources to do this!
To thrive and flourish in this role, you must have a growth mindset, be data driven, and be switch from working on strategy, to complex data problems, to coming up with great creative that will drive conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the NurseFly performance marketing strategy and campaign execution to drive acquisition at optimal CAC/CPA.
- Be embedded in a cross functional team with Engineering, Product and your other marketing counterparts.
- Work closely with engineering and product to build landing page and onboarding experiences optimized for acquisition.
- Help develop a solution for dynamic audience management.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to improve KPIs including creative/copy testing, audience segmentation, ad placements, and retargeting strategy to maximize full-funnel performance.
- Work through automation, tagging, and data integrity issues.
- Build out tracking and reporting to monitor and optimize performance.
You’ll Have:
- 4+ years experience in paid acquisition, including hands on experience managing paid media, ideally with a focus on search and paid social with proven results driving performance.
- BA / BS degree. Focus in marketing, computer science or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics) preferred.
- An outstanding analytical mind and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
- Technical acumen, being able to work closely with engineering, data and product.
- Experience solving the attribution with strong opinions on how this should be solved.
- Extensive experience working with Google Tag Manager and Segment.
- Extensive experience with BI & Analytics Tools such as: Amplitude, Google Data Studio, Looker.

- Experience with a DMP or dynamic audience management.
- Experience with healthcare or nursing.
- Experience with B2B, or ABM.
- Experience working on job board PPC.
