Job Description

As Conga’s Partner Marketing Specialist, your role is to work with internal and external stakeholders to help scale our global partner marketing program. Your focus will be to support education, engagement, communications, and resources to help key partners sell Conga solutions. You will have a tight pulse on partner needs and successes and have creative ideas to support growth through our partner channels. You’re creative, a self-starter, and you’re able to support your decision making based on data. You’re excited to hit the ground running and work collaboratively to build successful long-term relationships that produce partner sourced leads and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, development, measurement, and execution of monthly partner programs and webinars

  • Manage partner communication strategy while working with cross-functional stakeholders to promote events, product releases and launches, content, announcements, and partner campaigns

  • Own Conga’s Partner Portal to provide a centralized resource to drive partner engagement, education, and deal registration 

  • Work with cross-functional teams including product marketing, professional services, and partner account managers to create and optimize the partner content strategy 

  • Align with Product Education on Conga U and Learning Management System to ensure partners are leveraging resources and tools such as product videos, customer success stories, demos, presentations, and how to guides 

  • Collaborate closely with product and product marketing teams to support the strategy and execution of Conga’s product launches and releases to partner stakeholders 

  • Support Partner Marketing Managers as needed to strengthen global partnerships and go-to-market execution 

  • Report on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact, contributing to the overall marketing dashboard/reports.

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things: identify, create, and employ innovative approaches to consolidating and distributing partner marketing information

  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ SaaS B2B marketing experience, demand generation or partner programs preferred

  • Team player with experience coordinating initiatives across teams

  • Ability to use data to guide decision-making 

  • Hard-working, self-starter with a willingness and eagerness to learn

  • Desire to learn more about partner marketing, demand generation, and/or campaign development

  • Organized, ambitious, and high-energy that can embrace and navigate a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment

  • Ownership mentality and proven ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively with others, and ensure high quality deliverables

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Problem solver who is proactive, analytical, and innovative - never satisfied with the status quo.

  • Experience with marketing tools including: Pardot, Salesforce, Salesloft or compatible tools required

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Sendoso, Wrike, Influitive, and Vidyard are highly preferred 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
