The Opportunity
The role will be focused on ensuring that program creation, tracking, and reporting are at the center of all Partner Marketing efforts. This person is responsible for ensuring we drive leads properly through all stages of the sales cycle. The right candidate for this position will be a fast learner, savvy with technology, data-driven, excellent writing skills, able to work across teams, and a desire to excel and over-achieve at every step of the way. The Partner Marketing Programs Specialist will leverage multiple channels to execute campaigns including email, web, webinars, events and nurture. The role will require excellent communication skills, writing skills and the ability to work well with multiple cross-functional teams.
Partner Marketing experience is a plus.
This role is based out of our office in Denver, CO.
Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, analyze, and test program campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce
- Own the webinar strategy with reaching both customers and prospects
- Analyze success of programs and improve where needed
- Determine content gaps, within Partner Marketing, and collaborate with the content team to develop new assets
- Partner with Demand Generation to ensure communications are in sync
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation
- Develop monthly and quarterly multi-channel program plans that will ensure we hit our revenue goals, as it aligns with our partners
- Set, measure, track, and report on partner marketing contribution and program goals
Required Skills/ Experience
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, always changing environment
- Hands-on experience using Marketo or another Marketing Automation software or email marketing solution
- Ability to understand our product positioning and develop value focused messaging
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com CRM experience, including creating custom reports
- 2+ years of experience working in marketing with a focus on demand generation/lead generation
- Self-starter, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and process
- Extreme attention to detail, time management, organization skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- College graduate with B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience; Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Management preferred
