Partner Marketing Manager
How you’ll make an impact:
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will drive the Product positioning for Cin7 & DEAR Systems product lines using a deep understanding of customer challenges and needs. You will be the Product Evangelist for your product, and are fluent in best-practice market analysis, with the ability to synthesize this knowledge into data-driven and compelling product marketing that delivers business results.
Cin7 is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to work with our integration, implementation, and accounting partners to promote our joint value to product sellers around the world. In this role, you’ll work with a select group of partners to identify, develop, and execute a wide range of co-marketing campaigns. You’ll use content, live events, webinars, digital campaigns, and more to grow our audience and generate interest in Cin7 and its products. You’ll also be responsible for helping to promote and engage our partners across Cin7’s digital properties (partner portal, integration pages, marketplaces, etc.). Reporting into Product Marketing and working closely with our Partner Team, you’ll play a big part in developing, maintaining, and growing key partnerships that help make Cin7 the #1 inventory management choice for every product selling business in the world.

- Work with our partner team, marketing, product, and sales to identify and deliver partner-focused marketing campaigns (lead generation, product launches, partner recruitment and engagement, etc.)
- Support with the development and execution of positioning and go-to-market campaigns for partner launches
- Identify, plan, execute, measure, and optimize co-marketing campaigns that promote partner relationships and the Cin7 brand
- Work with product marketing and the partner team to ensure partner assets (partner portal, integration pages, marketplace listings, etc.) are optimized and continually kept up-to-date
- Support projects on behalf of partner priorities and initiatives such as co-branded assets for events, email, enablement, social, blogs, etc.
Here's what you'll bring with you:
- 4+ years of partner marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS company
- Ability to own and execute on high performing and varied partner marketing activities to drive results
- Ability to leverage strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to synthesize and translate complex technical concepts and issues into simple, clear, and compelling language
- Excel at cross-functional collaboration and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ability to influence others to drive decisions
- Project management and multitasking skills; ability to ruthlessly prioritize workload to meet deadlines despite potentially ambiguous or shifting requirements
- Experience in Sirius Decisions/Pragmatic Marketing framework preferred
- Strong experience or background with lead tracking, marketing analytics, hubspot, salesforce, and data driven marketing

Location:
Please note that this role is based in Denver, CO. Though we have some flexibility on timing for relocation, we are not considering permanently remote candidates currently.
Compensation:
Base salary of $95K-$110K + Eligible for incentive compensation, based on performance targets, of 10% - 20% depending on qualifications and structure of the overall compensation package.
