Partner Marketing Manager at pax8
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Creates and manages programs outlined in the annual partner marketing plan in close collaboration with other departments - including Sales, Vendor Success, and Tools and Technology
- Supports, trains, assists, and communicates directly with partners about our demand generation initiatives; including but not limited to, BattlePax, end-user events, co-branded marketing assets, etc.
- Develops, maintains, and socializes annual marketing plan for partner marketing that aligns with our marketing plan and partner program
- Builds/sources, manages, and supports online tools that provide a positive and successful marketing Wingman Experience for our partners, such as list/database resources, collateral/asset repositories, and SaaS marketing solutions
- Collects and organizes activity performance data for various reports as well as for internal and external presentations
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in technology channel marketing
- Demonstrated partner or tiered marketing strategy and execution experience
- Demonstrated B2B marketing and through-marketing experience
- Working knowledge of current demand generation and digital marketing tactics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional work environment
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
- Ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful
- Ability to hold one’s self and others accountable to meet commitments
- Ability to operate effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear
- Ability to be highly organized and process driven with an eye for detail
- Strong communication, including conducting interviews for content development
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented
- Understanding of IT channels and/or distribution is preferred
Required Education & Certifications:
- B.S./B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $75,000 or more depending on experience
