Partner Marketing Manager, Enterprise
 

Position Description: 

Conga is seeking a talented Partner Marketing Manager to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to scale our partner marketing program. You will work with a set of global and/or strategic partners and will be responsible for defining and creating co-marketing campaigns. You have experience working with large partner accounts on educational and demand generation initiatives.  You’re driven by an interest in defining and marketing joint solutions to meet target markets.  You are focused on maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of Conga’s market positioning, products and services to help ensure partner efforts and partner programs are aligned with the overall organizational goals and brand You’re creative, but also love thinking about the whole marketing funnel and making decisions based on data. You’re excited to hit the ground running and use your experience to get to know and build successful long-term relationships with our partners. 

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Align closely with partner contacts, Partner Sales, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to create and coordinate partner marketing campaigns to drive demand for Conga’s solutions  

  • Develop and execute co-marketing strategies and joint-marketing plans with top partner accounts to accelerate partner contribution to revenue  

  • Work cross functionally with Field Marketing and Customer Marketing to create, execute, and measure regional joint partner events that drive net-new business and expand existing business  

  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to measure and report on Partner Marketing pipeline creation, conversion, and ROI 

  • Create and execute marketing activities to support campaigns such as webinars and other online and in person event activities 

  • Craft & develop marketing content for compelling joint solution offerings with strategic partner accounts including creation of required marketing assets (product videos, customer success stories, demos, presentations, how to guides etc.) 

  • Work with partner account managers and partners to identify third-party events to participate and propose joint solutions align to agreed GTM motion and business plan 

  • Work with partner account managers in identifying and building integrations and partnerships with companies that align with company goals  

  • Create and establish joint solutions offering messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies 

  • Drive localized co-marketing content and execution 

  • Activate partner sponsorship and engagement at Conga’s annual user conference, Connect and Dreamforce 

  • Support Partner Advisory Board with Partner Sales and Product teams 

  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things: identify, create, and employ creative approaches to support partner co-marketing initiatives  
     

Experience, Skills and Competencies:  

  • 5+ years of Partner Marketing experience within B2B software space, SaaS experience preferred 

  • Experienced in creation and execution of demand generation campaigns  

  • Team player with experience coordinating across the marketing team to embed joint partner solutions into the company’s global marketing campaigns 

  • Proven track record of driving customer value and expanding brand presence through partnerships 

  • Strong knowledge of partner channel models and related support 

  • Excellent project/program management skills 

  • Analytical, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions 

  • Hard-working, self-starter with a willingness and eagerness to learn 

  • Organized, ambitious, and high-energy that can embrace and navigate a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment 

  • Can work effectively with all sorts of people across the organization and global partner organizations including at senior and C-level executive. 

  • Demonstrated track record in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Someone dynamic, creative and willing to take on any challenge 

  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a knack for driving and/or being associated with benchmark industry products/services  

  • Experienced and/or familiar with relevant partner marketing solutions such as or similar to: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Wrike, Crossbeam 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
