The Partner Experience Representative (PER) provides Pax8 partners with an exceptional experience, in which every interaction in support of commissioned products and Network and Communications (NC) sales operations, exceeds expectations. The PER supports our external partners and our internal customers.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):

  • Manage quote desk: Scrub opportunities to ensure we have all details needed to move forward with vendor selection. Register opportunities (if required) with requested or suggested vendors. Monitor/manage all Sell-Through opportunities in the background to ensure opportunities are progressing and systems remain up to date with data.
  • Attend and actively participate in vendor trainings and stay up to date on all process and product updates, and changes
  • Serve as Tier 1 for escalations (Pre-sale, post-sale, and commissions)
  • Guide partner or Sales Rep through vendor portals as needed for navigating content, resource centers, etc.; educate partners through NC check out and opportunity submission via Pax8 Platform; make defensible vendor suggestions to partners
  • Support Network and Communications Solution Consultant (NCSC) by registering opportunities with vendors and ensuring all systems (RPM, Salesforce, etc.) are updated with required opportunity and/or order details
  • Liaison between Connect Team and partner for connectivity opportunities and orders, and between partner and vendor as needed (e.g. follow up with vendor on pricing, coordinate calls with partner and vendor, etc.)
  • Maintain a firm knowledge of all NC vendor offerings, partner portals, ROEs, and USPs and maintain relationships with appropriate vendor contacts
  • Gather vendor/product content for partners as need to support Sales Reps
  • Assist partner with back office support, including projects (e.g. vendor logos, pricing templates, etc.)
  • Assist with education/calls with partners and Sales Rep regarding ROEs and vendor programs/policies
  • Works closely with Partner Enablement Director to enhance and maintain documentation of processes

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

  • At least four (4) years’ experience in channel sales operations (e.g. partner support/enablement, sales operations, sales support)
  • A self-motivated, strategic, creative worker with a drive for executional excellence
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Creative thinker and problem solver—always looking beyond the available options when up against roadblocks
  • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
  • Ability to building strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Ability to actively learn through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successes and failures as learnings
  • Ability to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization and demonstrate team leadership skills
  • Experience learning and navigating within a high-growth and fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, RPM, or related software
  • Ability to tailor support and communication based on partner needs
  • Knowledge of Wrike preferred

Required Education & Certifications:

  • B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Compensation:

  • Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $66,000 or more depending on experience #LI-HK1

*Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
