Position Summary
Location3 is searching for a Paid Social Advertising Specialist to join our Paid Media team in Denver, Colorado.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of how to set up and continually optimize paid social media campaigns using key performance indicators with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid social advertising. The Paid Social Advertising Specialist will possess an understanding of how paid social platforms and campaigns align with client objectives across branding and direct response initiatives.
Essential Functions
Campaign Management
Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media buys using key performance indicators to drive business results and performance
Follows platform best practices across paid social campaigns to maintain agency’s Preferred Facebook Marketing Partner for Agencies status
Oversee flawless execution with direct campaign management using self-serve paid social platforms
Work with social platform representatives for troubleshooting or optimization recommendations
Manage client approvals, campaign budgets, pacing, and placement optimizations
Multitask and work autonomously on assigned client projects to meet all deadlines
Use media buying system to update campaign budget changes and oversee vendor billing reconciliation
Reporting & Communication
Develop and communicate campaign performance against client business objectives and KPIs, both written and verbally
Critically analyze and process campaign data to develop key insights, recommend optimizations, and address implications based on performance
Present client facing communications as well as educational overviews to digital and non-digital stakeholders using a storytelling reporting format
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in paid social media campaign buying, preferably within an integrated, digital communications environment at an agency or brand
Knowledge in audience creation and segmentation, targeting tactics, campaign management, and campaign optimization across all paid social platforms
Deep understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads, preferably also with knowledge in Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat Ads
Experience with paid social creative development and best practices a plus
Solid interpersonal and teamwork abilities – collaboration is a critical requirement
Ability to work on multiple tasks with strong organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to uncover and resolve issues, escalating to Director when appropriate
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
