We’re looking for a driven, growth-oriented and innovative full-time, Paid Search Supervisor to help lead client business, run tactical programs and charter the growth of our search team. If you are a big-picture thinker and a fast learner, please read on.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the search team, including team roadmap, new business, and tactical growth
• Responsible for paid search campaigns (including strategic campaign development, advertising execution, engagement, managing creative processes, reporting) across AdWords and Bing for complex, global B2B and B2C organizations with multiple business units
• Lead strategy for specific agency industries across all paid channels
• Assist the Cross-Channel Directors with strategic search team growth and vision by developing training and education programs for search and Audience Engagement teams professional development
• Utilize paid search to help articulate and sell complex products and solutions
• Use search data to measure program effectiveness against KPIs
• Experience collaborating with teams on digital program strategy, including direct integration with media, paid social, SEO and analytics and insights a plus.
• Interface directly with storytelling and design team to provide direction for the creation of visual and written assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing communications, PR or social media
• 5+ years of experience in a (preferably digital) agency environment
• People management experience within a collaborative setting
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviors and digital trends
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and proven experience in developing and managing to performance metrics
• In-depth understanding of search advertising platforms (AdWords, Bing)
• Experience with third-party tools a plus (examples, DoubleClick Search, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage against aggressive timelines with the flexibility to rapidly shift priorities
• Impeccable attention to detail and quality assurance (QA) while working under tight deadlines and within budget
• Proven successful direct client relationships
