Be the driver for expanding our reach and growing our positive impact
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Digital Media Manager who will be accountable for paid channel strategy, day-to-day management of client campaigns and analyzing campaign performance to drive optimal ROI. This person will be responsible for the overall portfolio performance and will aid in the integration of paid digital media, including search, display and social media, into other services across the account team.

Important Characteristics You Possess
You excel at crafting digital media campaigns that move the business needle, engage the target audience and that leads buyers through the purchase journey – all the while providing insight and opportunities to both our internal teams and clients. A master at weaving together all of the nuanced ingredients of buyer personas with relevant copy, assets, campaign spend and duration, you bring together an understanding of our clients with the inner workings of paid channel management. Naturally curious, you are always looking to optimize spend, test ad creative and try new tactics to achieve client success and show value. You work seamlessly with our cross-functional agency team including marketing strategists, copywriters, designers, and technologists and collaborate on creative solutions to digital marketing campaigns and lead generation.

A typical day in the life

  • Day-to-day optimization and monitoring of assigned accounts, with a specialized focus on lead generation and conversion
  • Responsible for implementing client digital media strategy and identifying tactics necessary for the proper management of campaigns in AdWords, Bing, Amazon, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook/Instagram, Account Based Marketing and other third-party ad platforms
  • Ability to perform deep audience research and target based on buyer personas
  • 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience at a marketing or digital agency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Ongoing recommendations for campaign growth, enhancement, testing, and innovations, including educating the client on strategies, best practices and channel updates as appropriate
  • Coordination with account managers to on-board new clients, bring a lift to existing client accounts and successfully deliver solutions to achieve client results
  • Assists in managing client relationships by balancing their day-to-day needs and their long-term objectives
  • Showcasing value with compilation of performance results and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and analysis for client presentations
  • Remaining on top of the search, display and social media marketing industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the internal team to plan creative and assets for respective campaigns
  • Establishing priorities and providing detailed goals, expectations and performance standards as well as resolving challenging client requests or issues as needed
  • Relates important decisions and actions to the big picture

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Self-starter who is able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to sort through data and find solutions to challenges
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Use of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Goals for lead and conversion tracking
  • Relevant industry certifications a plus
  • Experience in account base marketing (ABM) a plus

Please note, this is not a remote position. Once our offices are re-open from the COVID-19 pandemic closure, this will be a full-time, in person role in our Ft. Collins, CO office. The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 and is based on years of experience in a similar role and education.
