OVERVIEW:

In joining Gymshark you will be a key member of the Performance Marketing team, whose responsibility is to help deliver commercial success for Gymshark North America through paid media strategies, collaborating with the UK team to help growth and support the Gymshark Brand. Reporting to the Paid Search Manager, you will be managing the execution of Gymshark’s North America Paid Search Strategy. You’ll have input on budget and work to build strong relationships with key partners across all major platforms. You’ll be working alongside key stakeholders in the business to make sure the paid search strategy is aligned and appropriately executed in line with the overall business objective.

Please note while we are currently offering a hybrid work model, all candidates must be either Denver based, or willing to relocate to Denver, CO. 100% Remote work is not available for this role. You must also be legally able to work in the United States. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Manage North America Paid Search tactical execution and strategy across Search, Shopping, RLSA and Display, and Video tactics
• Manage and execute the day-to-day operations to both acquire and retain customers in the most efficient manner while effectively support localization efforts, promotions, and new product launches
• Accountable for all Paid Search Account optimizations, including but not limited to keyword selection, bid and budget management, competitive benchmarking, and copywriting
• Perform in-depth analyses and provide clear insights and actionable recommendations on Paid Search performance against forecast and business KPIs
• Provide frequent progress reports regarding Paid Search efforts and performance metrics to key internal stakeholders
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure we are always at the forefront of new innovations and betas
• Stay on top of industry trends and news to ensure current and top-in-class execution

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

 Essential Qualities:

• 3+ years Paid Search experience in-house or within an agency
• Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, including in-depth and hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads 
• Experience managing large PPC budgets for one or several clients with multiple campaign types
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency and ability to think creatively and troubleshoot proactively
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio & Ads Editor tools 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high capacity to multitask and launch new campaigns quickly
• Proven experience executing complex campaigns at scale with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to report on and measure PPC activity against a forecast
• A passion for all things digital and a desire to test new tactics and keep up to date with industry changes
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)  
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive PPC performance forward for Gymshark 

Preferred Qualities: 

• Familiarity with 3rd party bid management and campaign management tools (Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin Software etc.)
• Experience working for a retail brand, with Sporting Goods/Apparel a plus

This role has a salary range between $70,000-$85,000 annually depending on experience.
