Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Content Marketing to create and execute a paid media strategy to improve channel mix
Drive traffic to conversion points and deliver leads into the Marketing and Sales funnel
Identify core paid media channels including content syndication, paid social, programmatic and others
Measure the performance of paid channels and analyze results to continuously improve efforts
Ensure all paid media efforts are being tracked and attributed correctly
Conduct A/B testing with new creative assets, ad units, landing pages and other conversion points
Curate and test new advertising channels to increase channel diversity and generate more leads
Reports to the Head of Digital Marketing Strategy (CMO Interim)
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a digital advertising role
Experience with paid media
Familiarity with basic demand gen best practices and processes
Familiarity with deploying and optimizing a variety of advertising channels and business models
Detail oriented and strong cross-functional program management skills
Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions

Team player with strong collaboration skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to be accountable and responsible for hitting numerical targets

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing to mid market clients in a highly complex B2B industry
Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
Passion for technology and infrastructure
Base Salary: $60,600-$74,000/annually
