Paid Media Manager

Join us as a Paid Media Manager and you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. Paid Media Managers are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C business.
A Day in the Life of a Fruition Paid Media Manager:
Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
What You’ll Need:
BS in Business or a related field
3-5 years paid media experience in B2B environment (SEM, Display, Paid Social, PPL and Affiliate Content Syndication)
Experience managing marketing programs that are held to a specific CPL, CPA, LTV, MRR and ARR KPIs
Knowledge of all paid media channels advance targeting capabilities and best practices
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and overall flexibility
Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and willingness to take on additional responsibility
Experience with SEO optimization and increasing organic traffic is a huge bonus, but not required.
