Packaging Project Coordinator

The Role:
The Packaging Project Coordinator will work with cross-functional teams in the development of timelines which meet the goals and priorities of the project. Serve as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for the internal cross functional project teams. Possesses an understanding of the design / graphic / prepress development life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains strong communications across different functional teams, internal and external to the organization
- Identify and solve efficiencies and gaps within the packaging development process
- Familiar with Engineering Change Orders (ECs) and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Able to create and track project schedules in addition developing & maintaining packaging timelines
- Monitors and communicates project milestones and progress to ensure they are executed on time
- Works with vendors to receive pre-production samples and digital proofs
- Identifies, communicates, and troubleshoots any problems that arise throughout production
- Works with team to set and meet cost target
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of work experience coordinating and executing packaging project activities
- Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Capable of effectively managing multiple projects, tasks, and personalities
- Strong proofreading ability and attention to detail
- Must demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good time management skills; ability to set priorities and remain flexible to changes
