About the job

As the Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our merchant success team. You will have the opportunity to learn about APIs, data analysis, performance marketing, ad operations and JavaScript. If you are a lifelong learner and want to break into the technology sector, this is your chance!

What you will be doing:

• Configure merchant advertising settings
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and for distribution to internal customers
• Troubleshoot internal support requests in a timely fashion
• Escalate issues to the appropriate internal resources
• Work with an awesome team
