How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Collaboration is one of the most important aspects of my job working on the analytics team. I enjoy the comradery of working with everyone at Booyah from the CFO to an entry level Coordinator. My days are spent in meetings or working side by side with the teams to build concise reports to better streamline client communication.

I have been given every opportunity to grow my career at Booyah whether it be through working on bigger, higher profile, clients or owning agency initiatives such as building our summer coordinator program.

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I host monthly roundtables for the agency where I share new product releases, alpha & beta opportunities, and cover a variety of social topics. These meetings are always followed by Q&A. What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

One of the biggest technical challenges that the Amazon team faces is the lack of software solutions that help scale and improve the service of clients. This challenge is also a great opportunity, as our team gets to pioneer new ideas and concepts to help solve for this problem in creative and innovative ways.
