As a Marketing Tradeshow & Events Specialist based in Broomfield, CO, your primary responsibility will be to manage some of your own shows start-to-finish; this consists of coordinating sponsorship deliverables and logistics and all of the details related to each show. Your hands-on experience and attention to detail are needed to ensure the efficiency, consistency and timeliness of related activities, and you’ll work closely with the Trade Show & Events Manager and various internal teams to meet deadlines and execute outstanding events. Your secondary responsibility will be to support the Trade Show & Events Manager with tasks and duties related to the overall trade show program.

The ideal candidate has experience working with exhibiting companies, external clients and vendors, and key internal stakeholders to understand the requirements, timelines and deliverables for all events.  Being organized, nimble, enthusiastic and proactive are key attributes for this role.  And, in interacting with people inside and outside of the organization, you must demonstrate polished written and verbal communication skills.

This role requires domestic travel in the 30% range to execute events onsite as needed, and includes working some evenings and weekends. Also, you must be able to lift and/or move up to 45lbs.  Duties will require bending, walking, or standing for an extended period of time.
