Marketing Technology & Innovation Manager

TheOpportunity

As aSenior Manager, Marketing Technology & Innovation you will be instrumentalin overseeing the Marketo implementation, supporting the marketing operationsinfrastructure, defining scalable processes, managing the technology vendors,and analyzing operational insights to optimize the implementation.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical/operational support of the Marketo instances (effectively 1st line support)
  • Recommend and integrate new technologies in the instances
  • Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of Marketo data
  • Effectively manage a variety of technology, data, and service vendors
  • Provide leadership in defining, mapping, and documenting key marketing processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Marketing Operations role or similar position, 10 years of operations or analytics experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in business analytics and data analysis, including Alteryx and Tableau
  • Advanced user of Marketo
  • Current Marketo certification (MCE minimum, MCSA preferred)
  • Salesforce.com expertise
  • Deep expertise and experience in B2B marketing
  • Understanding of data mining, data warehousing, business intelligence, and lead management processes and technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data sets to concrete business recommendations for marketing and sales leadership with the goal to optimize revenue generating investments
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
  • Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player
  • Process and quality orientation with attention to detail
