Marketing Automation Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain email campaign strategy and work collaboratively with Revenue Marketing to ensure automated campaigns and ABM programs achieve company and revenue goals
Design and execute Pardot marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, lead scoring and reporting, SFDC integration.
Define, establish, and maintain scalable processes, SLAs, KPIs and marketing workflows through automation that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Create documentation for all Demand Gen and Marketing processes, programs, and procedures
Conduct root cause analyses and leverage cross-team partnerships to quickly identify issues and recommended actions that our marketers to execute against
Support database enhancements, updates, cleansing and periodic testing of database software and new version releases
Stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by gathering and filtering new ideas from customers, colleagues and other experts; communicate and share best practices, training
Maintain expert opinion on relevant email related regulation (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA), through partnership with internal compliance officers, external solution providers and independent research
Ensure consistency with branding guidelines, tone & voice for all communications
Understand industry benchmark KPIs and be able to report on campaign success metrics
Reports to the Head of Digital Marketing Strategy (CMO Interim)
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing automation role
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database and email marketing campaigns on a B2B marketing automation platform such as Pardot (preferred), Marketo, Eloqua or Hubspot
Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to analyze campaign performance
Experience with operational and process orientation
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
Strong understanding of the technical side of marketing automation and/or the ability to communicate with technical developers
Track record of developing and managing multiple programs simultaneously
Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies, processes and brand guidelines
Preferred qualifications:
Pardot certified (or similar marketing automation certification)
Experience marketing to mid market and strategic clients in a highly complex industry
Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
Passion for technology and infrastructure
Base salary range: $87,500-98,450/annually
