Elsmere Education is in search of a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team —someone who wants to be part of the action and involved across the entire organization. The right person for this position not only needs to be a specialist in marketing but more importantly, they are a specialist in getting things done.

In this role, you’ll support our marketing efforts to drive awareness and leads for our client’s online programs. As a key member of our organization, you’ll help create marketing campaigns, develop marketing content, and support our enrollment and student success teams to hit our organizational goals. As a small team, we wear many hats and aren’t afraid to step out of our job descriptions to provide whatever it takes to get the job done.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Rapidly produce marketing materials such as whitepapers, presentations, collateral, scripts, ad copy, blogs, infographics, etc.
  • Project management of multiple, concourent projects.
  • Write, proofread, and edit marketing content across different mediums.
  • Manage multiple organic social media accounts.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Conduct research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.

The ideal applicant has experience producing results in a fast-paced, rapid-development work environment gained through professional work experience, an internship, and college coursework. The right candidate exhibits a passion for marketing and is looking for an opportunity for personal and professional growth with a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools.
  • Experienced in managing and developing content for multiple social media accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with web CMS systems and processes.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies and executions.
  • Familiarity with graphic design programs a bonus.
  • A passion for education and desire to work for a mission-driven organization.
