Job Description
We are looking to hire a Marketing Specialist II to support marketing strategies and programs with goal of improving advertising effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rental. This role will also enhance marketing content and message among various mediums including web, print, phone, email and point-of-sale.
Qualifications
A bit more about what you will do:
- Ensures accurate and effective content across all marketing channels, including web, print, phone, email and point-of-sale.
- Creates reports, analyzes data and communicates findings for marketing programs; makes recommendations based on data.
- Relies on experience and independent judgment to manage small- to mid-sized projects and contribute significantly to large projects.
- Uses discretion and independent judgment and is responsible for coordinating with other team members to meet project goals
- Proactively communicates and directs/recommends new approaches to solving problems, more efficient project management and new marketing concepts.
- Researches and tests marketing concepts related to web, print and sales. Works with vendors to research marketing concepts and execute programs.
- Works with other members of marketing team to assist with time-sensitive projects.
- Monitors business intelligence on industry and competition.
- Reviews and fulfills orders for creative advertising materials.
- Supports marketing communication efforts targeting apartment communities and field leadership.
- Coordinates with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectives.
Education and Experience: Bachelors degree, preferably Business, Marketing or Communications

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected pay rate of $57,000 - $65,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
