Job Description: Marketing Specialist, Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Advertising

Reporting to: Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Downtown Denver-based leading luxury hospitality company seeks a pro-active, digital-oriented marketer who is highly-organized, articulate and passionate in supporting demand generation programs targeted to affluent travelers and luxury vacation homeowners. Our Marketing Specialist, Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Advertising works closely with marketing leadership to help acquire new web traffic, leads, customers, members, and real estate partners through a focus on Google-based analytics and advertising tactics including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, and Google DoubleClick for Publishers. This multifaceted position requires strong technical acumen as well as experience with the latest and emerging digital marketing technologies with a focus on rapid growth and overall company value.

Responsibilities:

  • Support demand generation initiatives with a focus on Google-based analytics and advertising tactics: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, and Google DoubleClick for Publishers
  • Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager account configuration for multiple digital properties
  • Manage all aspects of SEO strategy including staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO, collaborating with content marketing contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms
  • Execute the company’s Google AdWords strategy across multiple brands and digital properties targeted at affluent travelers, luxury property owners, and property management companies
  • Support content monetization of websites through management of Google AdSense and Google DoubleClick for Publishers accounts

Required Skills:  To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Results-driven professional with exceptional detail and knowledge, including the latest and emerging trends, around digital marketing, specifically: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, and Google DoubleClick for Publishers
  • Ideal candidate also has strong experience with web analytics: developing reports, sharing dashboards, and communicating the story around overall performance
  • Experience with Optimizely, Unbounce, MOZ, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Pardot is a plus
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders, including senior executive team
  • A self-starter able to independently execute tasks with minimal direction
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the organization and carry out multiple assignments concurrently
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related Liberal Arts Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience managing digital marketing across multiple properties under tight deadlines
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, understand complex topics, design creative solutions, and adapt to shifting priorities
