Summary/Objective
In this role, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be an integral member of the team making key contributions to support the growth of the organization. The role requires quick and creative thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, a self-starter with experience working in cross-functional teams, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a background working with creative agencies and global sales teams and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions
Marketing
- Collaborate effectively with sales/marketing leadership to maintain the established brand persona
- Assure cohesion across all marketing platforms
- Coordinate release schedule for earned media and brand awareness efforts
- Draft and deploy email campaigns and case studies
- Design and build marketing collateral including decks, proposals, banner ads, handouts, and additional content as deemed relevant
- Update content within the company website
- Build and manage the company’s social media profile and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Vimeo
- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company
- Coordinate trade show advertising and calendar
- Build and manage digital asset library
Sales
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Coordinate and execute sales campaign using Salesforce CRM
- Manage outbound communication and campaigns to the prospect data base
- Direct requests from interested prospects and circulate sales leads to the appropriate sales team members fairly
- Organize trade show presence and participation and coordinate travel for team member attendees
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 2 years marketing and sales experience
- A solid foundation of experience using Photoshop and other Adobe creative applications
- Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects
- Proficiency with all elements of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker
- Ability to network in a professional and social environment
- Excellent spoken and written skills
Bonus Points for:
- Knowledge of other Adobe Suite applications aside from Photoshop
- Knowledge of Sales Force CRM
- Knowledge of HTML, Java Script, Rails, and .net
- Ability to shred the backcountry, get to the shoulder, hike 14 teeners, love bikram/vinyasa/flow, run 10k’s, or crush the driver
