The Senior Manager of Marketing Shared Services will work closely with the Marketing, Product, IT and Sales teams of multiple lines of business within the Firm. As such, the candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the success of the Marketing Shared Services Department including management of a team of direct reports, responsibility for the operations of the department and execution of a wide range of marketing projects
  • Methodical Project Management of omnichannel marketing efforts including events, campaigns, sustainable programs, futuristic roadmaps and internal communications
  • Vendor management of agencies, contractors and production companies
  • Management of internal creative resources
  • Internal process creation and administration
  • Collaboration with key internal stakeholders
  • Budget allocations and tracking for multiple lines of business
  • Strategic and tactical plan execution for multiple lines of business
  • Inclusion of omni channel marketing for both b2b and b2c markets
  • Consultative approach in working with multiple lines of business and internal customers
  • Coaching and mentoring of shared services team
  • Customer, partner and employee communications creation
  • Lead the team to provide excellent internal and external service.
  • Internal process creation and administration
  • Quality assurance of all communications and production
  • Campaign traffic and workflow management
  • Administer and oversee brand compliance and execution
  • Customer, partner and employee communications creation oversight
  • Proofreading, coy editing and sign off on all communications
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Seven plus years of senior level marketing management experience, including experience leading a marketing team of direct report(s).
  • Three plus years of industry specific experience working in financial services/FinTech/blockchain or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with a proven track record of leadership across departments and functions with proven business results.
  • Strong leadership skills, delegation practices and willingness to pitch in. Team player able to drive collaboration for well-rounded and speedy results from direct reports. Inspires greatness by recognizing greatness in others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Delivers consistent and complete execution in a timely manner.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a willingness to try new things. Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills used to make educated recommendations and decisions for future marketing initiatives. Proven track record of turning data into successful strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to accept wide range of responsibilities with minimal direct supervision. Strong project management skills, attention to detail and meticulous organization.
  • Knowledge of overall marketing communication trends in B2B and B2C programs. Desire and proven ability to learn as much as possible about the target customer segment to create maximum value for that segment.
  • Must understand customer trends/insights. Ability to translate the state of the market into successful marketing initiatives and campaigns with a high degree of compelling messaging.
  • Ability to judge effective creative, leading with a call to action and strong product positioning.
  • Leadership of LMS and training programs
  • Experience in vendor and agency management including but not limited to vendor selection/negotiation, providing creative direction and drafting comprehensive briefs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred proficiency on both PC and Macintosh systems.

 

Preferred Candidate Experience:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe design applications.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related area of study.
  • Background managing people in agencies or internal Marketing Communications Teams.
  • 5+ years of prior AML/KYC Compliance experience with consumer and business lenders
  • Background managing people in agencies or internal Marketing Communications Teams.
  • Familiarity with banking rules, regulations, laws and all policies and procedures pertaining to them including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Reg Z, Community Reinvestment Act, FDIC, CFPB, and FRB regulations governing banks
  • Stylistic practice of servant leadership preferred.
  • Preferred proficiency on both PC and Macintosh systems.
  • Working knowledge or experience with Asana. 
  • Experience with global marketing strategies and appealing to multiple cultural audiences
  • Experience with financial services/FinTech/blockchain or related field
  • Experience with LMS systems and tactics of training program development
  • Background in graphic design and/or copywriting

Job Type:

Full-time.

25% - 35% travel.

Must reside in the Great Denver Area or be willing to relocate.
