Job Summary
As a Marketing Programs Manager, you work individually and as part of a dynamic team that plans and implements projects that support the Field & Demand Marketing function. The primary intent of the role is to support the global teams by managing programs such as partnerships or events that align to the overall business objectives.
This role requires a strong tactical marketing background combined with strategic planning. Candidate must be able to demonstrate successfully managing multiple marketing activities simultaneously, meet aggressive goals and short timeframes and help coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience in project and program management of cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into relevant program/project structure.
- Ability to independently draft and present project deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies.
- Data analytics experience
Responsibilities:
- Structures and manages all aspects of projects (e.g., objectives, scope, plans, cross-functional engagement, problem solving, documentation, etc.)
- Pay strong attention to detail, follow through, and multi-tasking
- Develops detailed project plans to track progress
- Develops fact-based recommendations and drives implementation of recommended solutions
- Analyzes key metrics and advises business stakeholders on ways to improve and optimize demand gen
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors (agencies, graphic designers, third parties) by working collaboratively with them on program execution. Manage and motivate vendors to deliver on brand, on time, and on budget.
- Representing your programs(s) to the larger Marketing Organization
Education
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
