A little about the role…
We are looking for someone with experience integrating, optimizing, and using marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing best practices around lead and data management, including working with marketing and sales teams to optimize processes that improve campaign performance and execution. The optimal person for this role is data-driven with a passion for marketing technology and a growth mentality.
What you'll do...
- Manage our marketing technology stack, including Pardot, Live Chat, Zapier, Multi Touch Attribution, Google Analytics/Optimize/Tag Manger
- Ensure seamless data strategy, data flow, and integrations between marketing technologies
- Hyper focus on lead funnel process, hand off points to the sales team and tracking through the funnel to ensure no lead is left behind
- Own and deploy proactive strategies for supervising and improving gaps in data health to ensure accurate reporting
- Work with the marketing team on campaign execution, including list sourcing, segmentation, and post-campaign analysis
- Contribute to marketing campaign performance measurement, and guide marketing investments through data analysis
- Apply creative analytical problem-solving skills to a wide variety of marketing questions to deepen our understanding of campaign efficiency, customer journeys, and go-to-market performance
- Build reports and dashboards to help marketing campaigns become more efficient, find areas of improvement, and show ROI
- Enhance the multi-touch attribution technology) and develop a method for refinement and optimization
- Coordinate with marketing and sales operations to ensure successful system and process integration with other departments and Salesforce.com
- Recommend new systems and outline workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the marketing organization.
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
- 5+ years of expertise using a marketing automation platform (preferably Pardot)
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC), specifically building reports and dashboards and helping teams to analyze that data and provide recommendations and best practices
- Broad experience of managing and integrating marketing technology stacks and customizing those integrations to meet business needs and requirements
- Experience in creating and managing technical aspects of key marketing processes and systems used to generate, nurture, distribute, and report on leads
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage your own projects from concept through completion
- Self-starter, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and process

Salary
$75,000-$85,000/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our downtown Denver office.
We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our downtown Denver office a few days a week.
