Marketing Operations Specialist, Denver

 As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing systems, tools, and processes for lead generation and database management. You will manage the tools that span our entire martech stack and conduct complex data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by the team. You will help manage the Marketing Operations roadmap and outline our long-term vision for our evolving tech stack by staying informed of industry trends. This role reports to our Sr Manager, Marketing Operations.


What you’ll be working on:

  • Collaborate across marketing, sales and sales enablement teams to optimize our marketing systems and processes, ensuring the team remains efficient and effective
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about the combination of data, technology, and marketing and has an understanding of cross-functional strategies that drive revenue
  • You're someone who enjoys digging into the details. You’ll be troubleshooting when things don’t go according to plan, and optimizing from there

 

Your experience and skills should include:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • BS/BA required, preferably Marketing
  • Marketing operations experience, in the technology industry, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketo required 
  • Knowledge of the business processes and enterprise applications within the Marketing function, including marketing automation, lifecycle management, scoring, and analytics
  • Highly collaborative with a solution-focused mindset and positive attitude. Must be a team player
  • Ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented

 

These additional skills would be highly desirable:

  • Experience running B2B lead generation programs is a plus!
