As a Marketing Operations Programs Manager in Xactly's Denver office, you will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and be responsible for leading our demand generation programs in Marketo and Salesforce. We are seeking an analytical marketer experienced with content marketing, lead processes, and lead nurturing. Success in this role will be measured in terms of lead generation, opportunity development, and ability to measure and optimize marketing investments. Project management of internal resources and external contractors is expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, test, and manage execution of integrated marketing campaigns – leverage tactics across all available channels, including email, online/PPC, webinars, trade shows, content syndication, social media, etc. to engage prospects
  • Analyze the ROI and effectiveness of each initiative, and deliver lead generation performance reports to management
  • Develop and manage prospect nurturing programs to educate and convert initial interest into sales-ready leads
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure effective lead hand-off and to continuously improve lead scoring
  • Coordinate with content creation team to focus efforts on topics and media types proven to be most engaging
  • Determine how to most effectively identify and reach targeted segment members
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM systems and data to enable successful program execution and measurement

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience running B2B lead generation programs, measuring their success, and optimizing results
  • Marketo and salesforce.com expert
  • Passion for analytics and record of using data to improve business decisions
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and social media
  • Bachelors degree in related field
