Job Overview:
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of marketing efforts for current and existing partners as well as promoting our proprietary technology platform UI.Marketing. The Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing to support all aspects of marketing automation and social campaigns as well as assist with lead generation efforts through our CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot).
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication efforts in Pardot to current and prospective partners
- Manage and create landing pages for lead generation efforts
- Make updates to the company website
- Assist with updates, new additions, and other marketing automation (nurture streams) efforts.
- Manage social media accounts for AdCellerant
- Facilitate projects designed to increase efficiency and reach within the Account Management team
- Assist with the creation and updates to brand documents including slide decks, one-sheets, videos, etc.
- Assist with webinars and other events as needed
- Other duties as needed

Compensation:
The compensation range is $65,000 to $75,000 including salary and bonuses.
Location Requirements:
Ability to report to Denver, CO office on occasion preferred. Work from home available.
Other Requirements:
Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years digital marketing experience
- Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, analytical, a self-starter, and show strong attention to detail
- The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be an innovative thinker, creative problem solver, and effectively manage multiple on-going assignments in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Web-based CMS/marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience with marketing campaign analytics
- Knowledge of social media platforms and aggregate software preferred
- Experience with web-based design and video production such as Canva, Piktochart, and Animoto is a plus
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Knowledge of HTML and WordPress is a plus
- Knowledge of web-based meeting platforms such as Zoom
