Marketing Operations Manager
Healthgrades is focused on providing trusted information that helps consumers and providers make meaningful connections. The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the Healthgrades B2B Marketing team has the data, technology and processes in place to maximize productivity, quality and scalability to help drive our continued rapid growth. This individual has proven expertise spanning marketing automation, marketing operations, lead and data management, pipeline and attribution reporting, and success in implementing and deploying marketing technology. This role will require excellent tactical execution, and attention to detail.
What you will do:
- Maximize efficacy of the email communications to all B2B Customers and Prospects
- Maintain and manage campaign deployment calendar
- Provide training and support for marketing team members on new processes and best practices for data and program management
- Create, maintain and optimize scalable processes to ensure best practices around lead scoring, lead tracking, lead enrichment, lead segmentation and lead acquisition are followed
- Help evaluate and implement new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize programs performance, and own on-going maintenance of MarTech integrations
- Establish governance and processes to manage data quality and segmentation within the marketing database and drive processes for improving accuracy and usability; ensure accurate data and lead flow between Eloqua and Salesforce.com
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Revenue Operations
- Eloqua Expert preferred. Experience with marketing automation platforms required.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com specifically with the lead, contact and account objects, as well as reporting
- Project management and leadership experience, including the rollout and integration of marketing technologies is preferred
- Proven track record of learning new technology applications quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Must be a self-starter and creative problem solver, with ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
- BA/BS preferably in Business, Marketing, or related experience
