Marketing Operations (HubSpot) Manager

We’re seeking a candidate to fulfill the Marketing Operations Manager role on our fast-paced development team. We’re looking for a qualified leader with demonstrated experience taking a holistic, strategic approach to high-volume environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the marketing
technology stack - HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, PowerBI, and more - ensuring
clean integrations, data sharing/syncing, and processes - Work cross functionally to ensure data and process integrity, as well as integrations
between marketing stack, sales platforms, and Salesforce - Oversee and execute marketing and campaign reporting to understand attribution,
new/existing customers, spend, and ROI - Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot, Google Analytics,
PowerBI) used to generate, distribute, and report on full funnel performance - Support marketing and executive teams in reporting actionable insights
- Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the marketing team, sales team,
executive team, and PE firm - Perform predictive analysis, looking for statistically relevant differences, for improved
forecasting and decision making capabilities
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least one year focused in a marketing
operations position - Experience working in a revenue-oriented, growth organization with a heavy emphasis on
sales and marketing - Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms required - HubSpot, Marketo,
and/or Pardot - preference given to candidates with HubSpot experience - Experience with a variety of tools including CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), web analytics
(Google Analytics), reporting (Google Data Studio, PowerBI), and data
(Zoominfo/DiscoverOrg) - Preference given to candidates with strong data backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up skills with great attention to detail and respect for deadlines
