Job Description

Conga’s Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Director of Sales Operations and will play a critical role in creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in Conga’s lead generation efforts. This person will also conduct data analyses of lead generation, lead nurture, and ABM programs that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company. They will also be the main contact for building and launching campaigns out of Pardot, including but not limited to, webinars, email blasts, nurturing, and events. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a high visibility role in fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the entire Marketing technology stack, including Pardot and Salesforce, among others
  • Ensure database integrity by monitoring incoming sources to maintain consistency and quality
  • Evaluate new tools and platforms to increase ROI while maximizing cost-efficiency
  • Maintain campaign management programs and tracking within Pardot
  • Work with key stakeholders to execute programs to support lead generation, lead nurture and ABM efforts.
  • Execute email sends, build and optimize templates, and set up new campaigns
  • Own and execute nurture strategy for prospects and customers on an ongoing basis
  • Report on campaign attribution and performance, funnel metrics, and other metrics specific to Pardot/Salesforce platforms
  • Work with marketing team to develop campaign strategy and execution
  • Build and execute event programs in Pardot (webinars, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Assists in producing regular reporting for team meetings, board meetings, and ad-hoc requests

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing (enterprise technology preferred)
  • 5+ years as admin for Pardot Marketing Automation (will consider less if Pardot Certified)
  • Admin experience with Salesforce.com platform (certification a plus)
  • Strong Analytical skills with ability to produce meaningful reports for marketing team and leadership
  • Experience with campaign metrics from various marketing channels including Google Analytics, AdWords, display advertising, social, and others
  • Proven experience managing campaigns in Pardot to produce quality data and full-funnel tracking
  • Understanding of ABM, the demand generation funnel and how they relate
  • Organized and self-motivated problem solver with a knack for innovation and strategy
