WHAT YOU OFFER
Our ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance through our tech stack
- Spearheading strategic projects to improve marketing processes, attribution, or reporting - gathering requirements, developing an implementation plan, and executing
- Gathering requirements, along with building out end-to-end processes in Salesforce and Pardot (and other technology as relevant)
- Managing technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
- Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Creating and maintaining metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact
- Leveraging data across our systems to uncover business insights and turn them into actionable business recommendations
- Monitoring campaigns to optimize performance, based on industry best practices
- Providing recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements
- Developing robust KPIs and scorecards to monitor performance against KPI’s
- Producing and maintaining metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
- Presenting analysis and findings to a variety of audience
Qualifications and Skills-
- Minimum of 4 years in marketing analytics or operations
- Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven thinking; ability to use data and insights to drive future business decisions
- Hands on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce.com and Pardot
- Passion and imagination (supported by a strong analytical mind)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated success in effectively partnering with Sales, Product and other internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative to drive change
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, business or related field
