We're looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to help us drive the strategy and effectiveness of our marketing efforts. You'll help us make data-informed decisions by evaluating our marketing funnel and campaigns. You'll also own our marketing tech stack—helping us choose the right tools, build streamlined processes, and make improvements as we go.

The ideal candidate is eager to use their expertise to help a fast-paced, high-growth company and excited about creating new processes, prioritizing between multiple projects, and identifying process and technology improvements.

As the first hire within this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our processes and make a big impact on the company.

At Bonusly, you'll...

  • Use data and key marketing and sales systems to uncover business insights and turn them into actionable business recommendations. 
  • Oversee and administer components of our marketing technology stack (especially HubSpot) to ensure clean, accessible data and smooth sales/marketing processes.
  • Define, monitor, and interpret key funnel metrics to inform marketing strategy and yield higher productivity.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to monitor and review the success of specific campaigns and initiatives.
  • Evaluate site behavior of different channels and deliver insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Help build, maintain, and support key operational processes, like lead scoring and routing.
  • Stay educated on the marketing tool landscape and recommend and help implement new approaches and tools for marketing and sales.

💚You’re a great fit if you…

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations/automation, marketing analysis, sales operations or related field.
  • Are enthusiastic about educating others, technology/systems, data/reporting, and operational excellence.
  • Have strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
  • Have the ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on the changing business requirements.
  • Are great at synthesizing data, summarizing issues, and thinking outside the box.
  • Are a technically capable, excellent communicator.
  • Are a self-starter who is great at connecting and collaborating with a team.
  • Have advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Are very familiar with standard marketing performance metrics and KPIs: CPA, CAC, LTV and ROI, etc.
  • Understand how web traffic tracking works, and what attribution models are for.

Bonusly is a both a remote and hybrid workplace, we hire in all 50 states and for employees based in Colorado, access to our Boulder, CO office. Our Boulder HQ is located in the WeWork at Canyon + 28th, with restaurants, shops, and a bus stop in front of the building
