EverCommerce is looking for an experienced demand gen marketer to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll provide strategic vision and direction to help fill the top of funnel within a few of our portfolio companies.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving pipeline creation for subsidiary products. You will plan, execute, coordinate and report on campaigns to drive qualified leads for multiple subsidiaries.

You’ll report to the Marketing Program Director, work closely with cross-functional teams within our subsidiaries as a strategic and tactical resource, and coordinate revenue generating initiatives with the EverCommerce digital department.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Help assess and identify growth opportunities for new or existing subsidiary products, strategize marketing, sales, or product programs, and execute these programs
  • Brainstorm new marketing opportunities and cross-sell opportunities between sister subsidiary companies.
  • Performance tracking of new programs, product launches and cross-sells for subsidiaries to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are being met or exceeded.  
  • Manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with subsidiary marketing and operations teams to track project progress and collaborate on key deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Operations Strategists to prioritize subsidiary project needs and secure additional resourcing at the EverCommerce level.
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as: website content and optimizations, email content and campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 3-7 years of digital marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B market
  • Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth, and associated revenue KPIs.
  • Prior management of marketing campaigns and budgets in a performance marketing environment
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely 

Bonus Qualities:

  • Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of the Fitness, Enterprise Security or Home Services and Remodeling industries
