GENERAL:

You will develop and implement strategic marketing and customer acquisition programs for Dobot, the fintech app designed to help you reach your goals while improving your financial health. You will: 1) oversee all aspects of these marketing programs to ensure the proper execution and drive for outcomes, 2) perform ongoing assessment and optimization tactics to continuously optimize our customer acquisition efforts.

Additionally, you will be: 3) responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined, 4) accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience, while 5) operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieving results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Dobot's development of customer acquisition strategies, plans, and initiatives.
  • Develop optimal integrated marketing strategy within appropriate channels, primarily digital but also including print, broadcast, conference/events.
  • Collaborate with Fifth Third Marketing team to assure execution and sharing of best practices.
  • Create, implement, track, and execute contests and incentives, where appropriate.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of all promotion and acquisition programs and recommend changes.
  • Provide input and participate in the development of new products and services.
  • May work with our advertising agency to develop strategic advertising initiatives.
  • Partner with other divisions, lines of business or regions within the Bank to increase cross-sell and customer relationships.
  • Assist in the communication of product initiatives throughout the Bancorp.
  • Assist with developing and managing the marketing budget for Dobot.
  • Support community engagement events and reputation management initiatives.
  • Manage multiple vendor relationships and monitor effectiveness and efficiency of these vendors.
  • Support the company brand through the adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Manage all projects within the Dobot budget.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required.
  • Five (5) or more years of job related work experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital customer acquisition & advertising mediums.
  • Prior financial/banking experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Knowledge of the practices and current issues of the organization preferred.
