We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Growth Engagement segment of the EverCommerce team, which has extensive expertise in business operations, growth strategies, management, and technology development, that we provide as a service to subsidiaries to drive continued growth and success.  Companies in the portfolio thrive in an environment of shared knowledge and resources with significant cost savings. 

This role will play a key part in assisting the Marketing Director in developing and executing marketing strategies for select subsidiary companies, coordinating and conducting project meetings, managing the progress of outstanding deliverables and assisting with the execution of various marketing programs.

What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will be working with the Growth Engagement team, the organic growth arm of EverCommerce, to build, coordinate, and execute growth and optimization strategies for portfolio companies, serving as a key point of contact and knowledge resource for all parties.

EverCommerce portfolio companies provide software and service solutions to an array of service-based SMBs across North America, and projects can range from demand generation, product marketing, go-to-market, cross-sell/upsell, sales process optimizations, business application implementation, and onboarding and retention strategies.

You’ll be held directly accountable to the Marketing Director and work closely with multiple subsidiary companies’ marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer management teams as a strategic resource. In doing so, you’ll be helping to execute on outstanding deliverables needed for successful product launches, processes optimizations and lead generation program success. You’ll work closely with the internal EverCommerce teams and the Marketing Programs Director on ensuring a profitable output for each subsidiary and a quality experience for their customers.

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Help assess and identify growth opportunities for new or existing subsidiary products, strategize marketing, sales, or product programs, and execute or coordinate resources for successful execution.
  • Brainstorm new marketing opportunities and cross-sell opportunities between sister subsidiary companies.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and subsidiary teams to build and execute scalable programs for demand generation, cross-sell, marketing automation & operations, funnel tracking, sales and customer success optimizations.
  • Assist in monitoring performance tracking of new programs, product launches and cross-sells for subsidiaries to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are being met or exceeded.  
  • Manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with subsidiary marketing and operations teams to track project progress and collaborate on key deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Operations Strategists to prioritize subsidiary project needs and secure additional resourcing at the EverCommerce level.
  • Assist the Marketing Programs Director with creating and implementing demand generation programs, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement strategies, and onboarding/retention strategies across multiple subsidiary companies.
  • Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as: email content and campaigns, lead forms, landing pages and marketing automation workflows.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, business management, or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing, inbound marketing, or product marketing experience
  • Interest in the booming technology and SaaS space
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects while remaining organized
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to make product or process optimization recommendations backed by data and marketing best practices
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Strong team contributor and reliable partner
