Paladina Health is growing fast and is in need of an experienced B2C Marketing Manager! Located in our Corporate Office in downtown Denver, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team and own the development and execution of our consumer marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy, development, execution and analysis of integrated B2C marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include creating and coordinating the execution of client specific B2C marketing plans using internal and external resources that cover the full suite of marketing capabilities—digital outreach (email and web), social media, PR & communications, event marketing, direct mail, physician reputation management, content development and general marketing collateral.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will collaborate with a wide variety of key stakeholders across Paladina Health to execute B2C marketing campaigns that engage target consumers and help increase brand favorability across multiple distribution channels. The Marketing Manager will be directly accountable to meeting patient enrollment and engagement goals, and will therefore have measurable targets on which to build their marketing plans.

This position requires professional etiquette, project management skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team.  The ideal candidate for this position has a high level of multitasking abilities and is results oriented and ambitious, with the ability to “think outside the box.”

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.

Develop and maintain the overall marketing and communications strategy to drive growth with new and existing members, ensuring that each understands the value Paladina Health can offer them across the stages of their customer journey.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding and mastery of direct primary care (DPC), our customer personas, our competitors and how Paladina Health’s DPC program fits in.
  • Collaborate with the B2B marketing manager to define and communicate the value proposition, messaging, and positioning for the company and our products and services for each target audience, specifically employers and their eligible audiences brokers, and healthcare systems.
  • Creates and manages strategic communications playbook that enhances client and consumer value proposition while ensuring brand alignment across lanes.
  • Manages ongoing marketing/communications needs for business and establishes partnership model with internal stakeholders, including clinical, operations, implementation, account management, and business development teams.
  • Interfaces across all business areas and proactively assists in defining the direction of service line marketing opportunities and resource prioritization.
  • Researches and proposes innovative strategies and channels to deliver Paladina Health value proposition along the customer journey.
  • Liaisons with Market Leaders and Account Managers on scalable strategies to meet their respective client population’s patient satisfaction, adoption and engagement goals.
  • Conducts marketing teammate performance analyses to ensure alignment with organization’s goals and core values. Assists marketing teammates achieve their professional growth and satisfaction goals. 

Oversee all content creation and optimization that supports our B2C marketing funnel.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create all customer communication tools and collateral to promote rollouts/releases of new services to both prospective and existing customers, such as presentations, customer emails, demos, product/service videos, and more.
  • Lead and execute a multi-channel B2C marketing plan for new services and adoption campaigns, and work closely with business development, implementation, and account management to manage the implementation of the plan.
  • Develop and manage a content roadmap across all B2C marketing channels to ensure flawless execution of various channel and market-specific sales and marketing campaigns.

Increase brand awareness and build a strong online presence through multiple communication channels.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign results across multiple media channels (digital, email, direct mail, direct outreach, field marketing, etc.) to determine the effectiveness of strategies and tactics used to fuel patient growth and engagement.
  • Optimize and drive the content and maintenance of the Paladina Health consumer-facing web properties.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure branding, positioning and identity are consistent and aligned throughout the entire lifecycle of the customer.
  • Oversee the company’s presence in trade shows, conferences, wellness events, speaking engagements and other industry events promoting patient education and engagement.

 

ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related filed
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in consumer marketing, preferably B2B2C marketing
  • Healthcare marketing experience a plus, but not required
  • Prior experience managing direct reports is preferred.
  • Experience working with field or franchise marketing and print on demand portals strongly desired; other marketing automation solutions will be considered.
  • Experience with multiple marketing tactics (online and offline) and media placement preferred.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with analytical/quantitative experience– ability to understand/manage/disseminate data, processes and systems.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while building effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in these technical skills/areas is required:
    • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), ex: Salesforce
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising innovative marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate; bring solutions to marketing challenges
  • Knowledge of or experience with marketing automation software desirable (e.g. IBM SilverPop, Marketo)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to listen effectively to customers to gain understanding of their needs and the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, collaborative and relationship-building skills; ability to interactive positively with teammates at various levels across the company and to foster a positive and fun work environment
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities with shifting timeframes and meet deadlines
  • Independent and proactive – requiring direction, but not a tremendous amount of hands on support.
  • Demonstrated proactive behavior and problem-solving skills with a "can do" attitude; highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to assess needs, request clarification as needed, and provide solutions.
  • Easily adaptable to fast-paced environment.
