Position Summary

DispatchHealth is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager with proven expertise in setting strategy, building strategic partnerships, and executing targeted omni-channel marketing programs.

Reporting to the head of B2B Marketing, the Marketing Manager - Provider will be a critical member of B2B marketing team as the strategic owner of the audience channel, working across a cross functional team (clinical integration, sales operations, analytics) to specifically support the growth of patient visits from the provider segment of our audience.

Your success is defined by the adoption of the DispatchHealth model and ultimate patient growth from providers/provider groups. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver fully integrated campaigns and marketing programs that drive results. Orchestrating multichannel campaigns, leveraging channels and tactics such as digital, social media, web, media, print/collateral, direct mail, virtual and in-person events, and email.
  • Set goals and define metrics for each campaign including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and acceleration. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze and report results making recommendations for optimization.
  • Understand the provider group/provider audience and own how the DispatchHealth value proposition resonates.  Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Test and learn mentality by deploying different strategies and plans to reach new patients and drive expansion opportunities with existing partners.
  • Surface and develop content around partner success stories, infographics, webinars, proof points, etc. to be integrated into the marketing and sales strategy.
  • Lean into the activation of this channel from a national account viewpoint, assist in developing activation roadmap.   
  • Build process to scale best performing tactics across all markets.  Continuously bring innovation and collaboration to the table.
  • Assist in media buying plans and execution.  
  • Be a strategic partner to provider and sales teams.  Actively contribute/report to team calls, in-person meetings, quarterly business reviews, and joint planning sessions to ensure alignment.
  • Establish and manage respective program budget.
  • Drive marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, opportunity, and loyalty.
  • Report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset effectiveness and adoption, and required improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience marketing in B2B organization.
  • Highly motivated, organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a collaborative positive attitude.  
  • Prior knowledge and passion for current trends in healthcare, provider groups, and marketing.
  • Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona and buying cycle experience required with experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, feedback from sales and understanding of the business.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship management skills with deep cross-functional collaboration is required.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.    
  • Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills are critical.
  • Self-motivated, who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for tools and processes, with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.

Proficient with:

  • CRM tools (Salesforce, Oracle or similar)
  • Marketing automation tools (Pardot, Hubspot, or similar)
  • Project management (Asana, Trello, or similar)
  • Web Content Management System (Wordpress, Figma)

Preferred:

  • Experience in a high-growth organization 
  • Account based marketing mindset
  • Digital tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GMB, Data Studio, Optimize, Heap)
  • Analytics and data platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Excel)
