Position Summary

 

The Marketing Operations Manager (or Marketing Manager, Operations) is responsible for managing our marketing systems and tools, daily execution of operational processes and creating scalable procedures for lead generation and database management. This includes monitoring, measuring and analyzing the impact of all marketing programs. This role will support the execution and continuous improvement of marketing programs, marketing automation and other technology platforms to enable the marketing team to deliver results. They will collaborate across marketing, sales, and sales enablement teams to optimize our marketing processes and campaign to ensure that the team remains efficient and effective. This individual will be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, thrive when working with data, testing methodology, analyzing results and understanding key drivers of performance. This position will be located in Denver, CO and report to the Associate Director, Demand Generation.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Pardot instance and its integration to related systems including Salesforce
  • Execute demand generation programs and nurture campaigns utilizing the Pardot marketing automation platform, test and analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze and optimize lead generation and scoring methodologies to ensure quality leads are passed to business development
  •  Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in demand generation, data management and lead management
  • Create and maintain dashboards on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact measured by key performance indicators
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and sales database. Ensure accurate synchronization between marketing automation and CRM databases. Segment database for greater marketing campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Provide exemplary service to internal customers 
  • Quickly and thoughtfully implement projects involving diverse & complex data relationships
  • Track email and end-to-end campaign performance and deliver relevant reporting 
  • Help manage the Marketing Operations roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends and work with senior management across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to outline our long-term vision for our evolving tech stack and processes

 

Required Qualifications

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required
  • 3+ years in a marketing operations role, preferably in B2B. Experience with Account Based Marketing a plus 
  • Must have in-depth experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Pardot and Salesforce.com experience a plus)
  • Must be comfortable with continual change in the environment of a fast-paced, high-growth, company
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel), superior quantitative marketing and reporting experience. Has a passion for leveraging data to understand trends and make metric-based decisions to positively impact the business
  •  Highly collaborative with a solution-focused mindset and positive attitude. Must be a team player
  • Self-starter, organized and highly detail-oriented 
  • Superior communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and hit deadlines
