Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager position will focus on marketing strategy and execution for targeted, niche business units at DISH - specifically the DISH Outdoors Portable Satellite Antenna business. This role will work with the Growth Segments marketing team to develop strategies for integrated marketing campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally with partners internally and externally to meet Sales objectives , and lead execution of full-funnel marketing strateg ies . To be successful, you will need strong analytical skills, a passion for consumer and market understanding , the ability to build strong relationships and establish trust with partners, and a drive to deliver creative and innovative solutions that allow us to win in the marketplace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with internal centers of excellence and external partners, lead execution of marketing strategy across a wide variety of marketing tactics, including in-store/retail, print, and digital
  • Translate complex data and consumer behaviors into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies.
  • Manage key relationships with all internal and external partners; collaborate cross-functionally to meet key deadlines and prioritize sales objectives
  • Develop and present reports that incorporate cross-functional data and provide strategic insights for key decisions
  • Manage budgets for all spend across tactics used in key programs
  • Drive alignment with departments outside of marketing and monitor performance across partner marketing channels.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
EDUCATION

  • BA/BS in marketing, business administration, communications or related field.


EXPERIENCE

  • 8-10 years of professional marketing experience, including management of paid digital and traditional marketing campaigns (brand or agency side)
  • 2 years of experience in retail marketing and eCommerce
  • Agency experience a plus (creative and/or digital)

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong understanding of creative best practices across media channels, experience working with creative teams - writing creative briefs, providing constructive feedback, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, including setting KPIs to meet sales/product objectives.
  • Analytic, data driven approach to decision making.
  • Excellent ability to proactively identify issues/obstacles and effectively create solutions.
  • Very strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite (including Slides, Sheets/Excel, Word/)
  • Ability to work independently as well as with internal and external teams.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive and enjoy a fast-paced dynamic work environment.


Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $115,000.00/Year
