Job Duties and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for developing and optimizing digital strategies, campaigns and offers; media budgets, pacing and reporting; cross-tactic test-and-learn agendas and digital targeting and attribution enhancements. They work closely with digital media and website tactic teams and analytics teams to maintain quality control of campaigns in-market and continuously evaluate and improve performance against goals and benchmarks. We are looking for a digitally native, strategic thinker with great relationship-building, leadership and communication skills who can be a trusted partner to our internal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies and tactical approach in accordance with business goals and digital marketing best practices while overseeing overall digital budget, allocation, spend, pacing, optimizations and reporting
- Create and manage rigorous cross-tactic test and learn program as well as planning, budgets, documentation, optimization and reporting for digital and enterprise campaign and offer strategies
- Assist with allocation of digital funds through business case process, pacing, tagging, data collection, martech, AdOps and data collection/analysis
- Partner closely with media tactics, website, creative, brand, finance and analytics teams on all digital strategies and initiatives while continuously improving digital targeting and attribution
- Assist in identification, vetting and implementation of new platform partners
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- Experience managing marketing budgets; multiple tactics a must
- Demonstrated success in planning rapid optimization and test-and-learn agendas
- Expert on traditional digital marketing platforms i.e. paid search, paid social, programmatic display
- Comfort with Excel and Google Spreadsheets including pivot tables, vlookups and other analytical functions
- Comfort with ad serving platforms e.g. Flashtalking
- Strong quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis and insights; strong detail orientation
- Track record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs
- Excellent communication and cross-functional relationship management skills

Salary Range
Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
