Job Description

As our Customer Programs Manager, your focus is to fuel the passion our customers have for Conga. You will serve as a vital link connecting the Conga suite of solutions with our customer needs both online and offline. You will empower management and sales and use customer feedback as an opportunity to create customer programs, identify problems, and implement strategies to accelerate growth of both upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of content marketing and thought leadership programs and materials and oversee promotional planning in support of these programs.
  • Build and execute campaigns to generate cross sell and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Manage customer email communications and webinars to align with cross-sell campaigns, product releases, and customer education.
  • Help manage the advocacy program to mobilize and engage Conga customers.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by finding new and better ways of doing things: identify, create, and employ innovative research approaches to consolidating and distributing customer information.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Customer Programs Director.

Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

    • 4-6 years’ experience in creating and executing integrated campaigns for demand generation or customer programs
    • Experience with marketing tools including: Pardot, Salesforce, Wordpress and social channels or compatible tools required
    • SaaS B2B marketing with a strong emphasis on customer programs or demand generation preferred
    • Strong project management skills and ability to use data to guide decision-making and resource allocation 
    • Hard-working, self-starter able to navigate a fast-paced environment and provide attention to detail
    • Actively participates and collaborates with others across teams to achieve business goals
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
