We are searching for a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager!

What does a Sr. Customer Marketing Manager do at CyberGRX? 

As part of the Marketing team, you’ll contribute to the growth and success of CyberGRX by developing and implementing a Customer and Member Advocacy program. With a passion for customer experience, you’ll build a program that enables others to see the world of CyberGRX’s platform through the perspective of our customers and members. As a master storyteller, you’ll help the Marketing team enhance our content strategy with case studies, testimonials, quotes, references, online reviews, and advocate speaking engagements that showcase how CyberGRX is helping to revolutionize third-party cyber risk management for our customers and members. 

This role will collaborate across the organization including Product, Sales and Customer Success, empowering our team to demonstrate and share relevant customer and member insights. In addition, your program will motivate our customers and members to use advocacy opportunities with CyberGRX to grow their career, expand their professional network and enhance their personal brand. 

This is a new role for our organization and an exciting opportunity to build a program from scratch!

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Lead the advocacy program at CyberGRX, including the creation of customer and member success stories in the form of case studies, videos, quotes, logo usage, reference calls, speakerships and online reviews.
  • Build a scalable process and framework to drive customer and member story development from start to finish and ensure that the process is frictionless for customers.
  • Create a strategy to optimize the ROI of every customer and member story and identify metrics to measure the impact of customer and member stories and references on revenue.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to infuse customer and member evidence into globally impactful news stories and analyst report opportunities.
  • Support Marketing team with customer and member stories to add impactful and relevant quotes and data into existing and forthcoming content pieces, including website and social media.
  • Develop program to secure customer and member reviews with identified external platforms to enhance CyberGRX reputation and position in the third-party cyber risk management space.
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships that encourage customers and members to share their stories in their own company communication outlets as well as their social media channels.
  • Develop an internal reference library to identify and fill customer and member story gaps based on geography, vertical and buying persona.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of building effective customer advocacy programs
  • A passion for ensuring the voice of the customer is heard and well-represented 
  • Proficient in advocacy community platforms and customer research tools such as Gartner Peer Insights, G2, Influitive and TechValidate
  • Familiarity with reference management tools such as ReferenceEdge
  • Willing to travel up to 25% as needed, as safety allows

Annual Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Annual Bonus Potential: 10% of base salary
