Marketing Manager - Architecture/Sustainability B2B SaaS Startup
LightStanza is the architectural industry’s most comprehensive lighting analysis software (SaaS) tool, allowing designers to create buildings that use less energy and are healthier for people. This is a global problem that millions of architects and consultants address every day.
We are seeking an Marketing Manager to work directly with the Founder. In this role, you'll have the chance to help define and grow our marketing process. We are a small, innovative startup that’s passionate about building well-designed tools that help architects make actionable and meaningful decisions that change the way buildings are created. What you'll do:
* Work directly with the Founder, who has many exciting projects he is juggling at once
* Work cross-functionally in all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations and business development, including: data-entry, managing our CRM, phone and email client communication, writing newsletters, following-up with sales leads, responding/routing customer support questions to appropriate person, tracking customer accounts, and collaborating in the creation of marketing programs.
* Facilitate the Founder’s vision and other senior managers’ directives to achieve weekly priorities, putting into action details related to marketing and sales, including email nurturing, setting up sales meetings and building presentations
* Be the hub of the company’s master schedule to ensure conference proposals are submitted, manage grant applications, keep key metrics dashboard updated, and keep the team abreast of other critical deadlines
* Be a sounding board for the Founder (and team), providing open, honest feedback
What we're looking for:
* U.S. residents only, must be based in Boulder-Denver metro area (combination of onsite & work from home possible)
* B2B marketing experience preferred
* A go-getter who finds marketing exciting and sales-oriented
* Experience managing projects or being part of a marketing, sales or customer support team
* Confident writer
* Experience with CRM or Salesforce a plus
* Excellent communication skills for working with customers and diverse team members and detail-oriented
* Entrepreneurial and efficient with limited resources and existing tools, software and systems
* Able to execute a task with minimal direction and supervision, while being flexible/adaptable to changes
* Comfortable diving into any area of the business and juggle multiple projects efficiently
